Japan's largest flower subscription service
As executive officer, led the full transition from a ~200-florist consignment network to in-house production and logistics. Built eight sites and a ~100-person organization from zero, tripling quality scores and lifting gross margin by 15pt. Two patents granted; the business won the Japan Startup Grand Prize, Minister of Agriculture Award.

Executive officer overseeing corporate management and PMO, concurrently representative director of two group companies. Drove licensing, financial redesign, and multiple new ventures — group revenue +49% and operating profit +23% during tenure.
World's largest e-commerce platform
Completed two launches of Japan's largest robotics fulfillment centers (hundreds of millions of dollars each). Worked with the US global engineering team to re-engineer overseas equipment standards for Japanese codes and site conditions.
Major infrastructure engineering company
Managed multiple public water-infrastructure projects as PM. Authored technical standards, advanced processes with CFD, and joined the national breakthrough-technology program (B-DASH). Awarded for construction excellence.
