More than ten years on the ground in public infrastructure, logistics, mobility and supply chains, grounded in mechanical engineering.
Technology, operations, organisation, profitability. I have worked mainly in industries where several constraints are tangled together and no borrowed template solves them, reading the structure of a business, building the system and making it actually run.

Career
- Public infrastructure engineering
Design and project management of water and wastewater plants. I also worked on the standardisation and public demonstration projects needed to put new technology into real infrastructure, which built the foundation for carrying an idea from drawing to site.
- Large-scale automation
Several launches of robotics fulfilment centres among the largest in Japan. Rather than importing an overseas design as it was, I re-engineered it for Japanese regulation, equipment, construction and site operations, and implemented automation at scale.
- Management and business foundations
As an executive officer I launched new ventures and, alongside them, led the build-out of the corporate foundations, including finance, accounting and governance. Not only creating a business, but building what lets a company sustain its growth.
- Business-model transformation
As an executive officer of a fast-growing company, I moved operations from an outsourced model to one we ran ourselves. I built multiple sites and an organisation of about 100 people from zero, improving quality, productivity and profitability at the same time.
Business model, supply chain, organisation and systems were redesigned as one, into a foundation that could take rapid growth.

Today I work in critical infrastructure, centred on logistics, mobility and water, taking new ventures from concept to launch.
Combining insurance, data, technology and field operations, I design business structures that several companies can join, for industry problems no single company can solve alone.

Completed an MBA at a UK business school, covering strategy, finance, organisation and sustainability, with research on demand planning and sustainable business models in a flower subscription business.
- MIT MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management
Completed the MITx graduate-level programme: supply chain design, demand forecasting, inventory, transport, network optimisation and data analysis.
- Executive Education
Continuing study, centred on MIT Sloan, in digital strategy, AI and technology-led business transformation.

Japan Startup Grand Prize. Awarded to the business for its supply-chain and structural transformation.
